Another oldie revised for your viewing pleasure. :XD:

EDIT: Revised a revision...I tried a new shading technique, courtesy of Paint Shop Pro's Adjustment Layer. It's quite handy.

This is the first one that I've revised from a piece that's older than my current style...in fact, it's older than any of the fixes I've made to my style. That's apparent the instant you look at the original: [link]

This was going to be part of a story I was pondering ages ago, detailing Krystal's integration into Cornerian society. In recent months, I've come to wonder if Krystal's culture is really mysterious at all, or if we're just led to believe that because she's a telepath and everything else is unknown (well, except the whole planet blowing up thing). I suppose the only way to ever know that is if Nintendo actually decides to say something about her background, but I'm not holding my breath.

Anyway, interesting part was coming up with clothes that seemed to fit at the time (a bit less revealing than the loincloth, but in the same vein). The original had Fox in a flight suit, but I figure he's gotta have some other clothes besides that, and it wouldn't hurt him to dress up a bit if Krystal's going to. :XD:

Anyway, the premise here was that Krystal was singing a song from her homeworld, and Fox, not much of a singer, tried to do some background vocals with the words she taught him. Needless to say, he's not having much luck.

Characters and theme belong to Nintendo. Art belongs to me.
