A couple other sketches I made of 's character, Grinn. The first one was actually what I spent the last month trying to figure out what the heck I was doing, scratching away at in the office, but never really was satisfied with the result. The second one was actually intended to be completed, but it wasn't the pose I wanted. I'd like to finish these though.
ooh! bonus sketches : D. I really like both of these. They're each very Grinn in different ways. Is the t-shirt slogan a nod to the picture/story with the teddy bear? x3 You have a really awesome sense of character and expression. I really admire (and appreciate!) how much time and love seems to have gone into this and really all your pictures.
Actually, it was a pun off the rather cliched line..."Grin and bear it"
Bad joke aside, I had a lot of fun coming up with ideas for this character, and quite honestly, there's one other that I really would like to put together, if you don't mind receiving a second pic. It's actually the preferred pose for the image on the right, which I of course realized AFTER I drew it. Regardless, I'm glad you like them, and thanks so much for offering to trade with me!
A brand new monthly article which showcases some of deviantART's finest equine artists, as well as recognizing the lesser-known but equally talented ones. Interviews, helpful tutorials and features can all be found here too! I hope you enjoy it.
In this article you will find many thumbnails of the sun in different forms, all photography featured here by the club feature-me. Please show your support for these artists and their work and the article so that more people can see their work.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
